If you don't own a slower cooker aka crock pot... you need to stop everything and buy one right after you read this post. Slow cookin is the best cookin! For one... no matter how great or how horrible a cook you are the crock pot doesn't discriminate....your meal will come out perfectly fine, pretty much every time. All you need to do is toss all your ingredients into the pot turn that baby on and !taaa-daaa! hours later an amazing home cooked meal. Another up side to slow cookin is you just let your dish cook while your out shopping or working and when you get back home from an exhausting day all you need to do is pop open the wine and serve your slow cooked meal.
